Carnes will be a self-sufficient Southern town located just 20 miles from historic Charleston. With a diverse range of neighborhoods and real estate offerings including single-family residences, homesites, townhomes and condominiums, as many as 15,000 people will eventually make Carnes their hometown.

Carnes will be a thriving place where people live, work, play, shop and learn. A place where sidewalks and trails are interconnected so neighbors can easily interact on front porches, in parks and in other neighborhood gathering places. This small town setting will be home to a vibrant community where neighbors and acquaintances become like family.

The first residential properties are anticipated to be offered in early 2009.
