With a diverse range of neighborhoods and real estate offerings — including single-family residences, homesites, townhomes and condominiums — as many as 15,000 people will eventually make Carnes Crossroads their hometown. Homes will be built by some of the region’s top homebuilders in accordance with design guidelines set by the Carnes Architectural Review Board. Prices for single-family homes are expected to begin in the low $200s.
